All prices advertised include posatge and packaging and VAT where applicable.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not totally happy with your purchase please return the goods to the address above to receive a full refund or replacement of goods. Please contact us prior to returning your goods.

Cancellations

Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the contract of purchase within 7 working days after delivery date. If you would like to cancel your order please inform us by calling 01775 630208 and the return the goods in their original condition. Please enclose a note saying you wish to cancel and your order number.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless we dispatched the wrong item. If we arrange collection we will refund you the price of the product less cost of collection.

Card Security
All transaction information passed between our site and the Protx Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensative information.
